Where dontFront started
It started over 20 years ago when I had the idea of starting a t-shirt company when I was into customizing clothes and made an emblem of two keychain cords.
I combined -dent- of -student- with -Front- of
-Front Runner- and glued it onto a t-shirt.
dontFront was born but the project faded due to life events and after a whole life of working in the banking industry I decided to quit my job and chase my passion.


Where dontFront stands for
dontFront stands for “don’t act tough” or “don’t act like you’re better than someone else”. I
believe in a holistic approach when it comes to movement where mind and emotions are of essential importance. I am convinced that movement is energetic and is an expression of our soul. I
work from different perspectives and apply various training concepts to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth from outside-to-in and inside-to-out. Ranging from rehabilitation to sports performance or mobility/flexibility to strength, power and speed.
Currently I am a Defensive End in American Football and throughout the years I have gained experience as an athlete (and in some as a coach) in various sports and training concepts such as:
